These kebab rolls are such a fun and easy way to make kebab at home. They’re made by spreading a flavourful beef mixture onto tortillas, rolling them up, slicing, and baking until golden, then serving them over a creamy yogurt tahini sauce.

Ingredients
Serves 4For the Kebab Rolls
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tbsp Turkish pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Large tortillas
Yogurt Tahini Sauce
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Make the beef mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Turkish pepper flakes, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, finely chopped red pepper, white onion, and parsley. Mix until everything is evenly combined. - Assemble the rolls
Lay a large tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of the beef mixture all over the surface. - Roll and slice
Roll the tortilla up tightly, then cut it into about 1-inch pieces. - Skewer the pieces
Thread the sliced pieces onto skewers. Repeat until all of the meat mixture is used. - Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil at the end if needed for extra colour. - Make the sauce
While the kebab rolls bake, mix together the yogurt, tahini paste, lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy. - Serve
Spread the yogurt tahini sauce onto a plate, then place the cooked kebab rolls on top and serve.
