Boursin and Bruschetta Dip
This Boursin and bruschetta dip is one of the easiest appetizers ever, but it looks so good and tastes even better. It’s creamy, fresh, and flavorful with layers of herby cheese, bruschetta, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and balsamic glaze — perfect with crackers on the side.

Ingredients(serves 6)
- Boursin cheese
- Bruschetta, store-bought or homemade
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil, optional
- Crackers, for serving
Homemade Bruschetta Mixture
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh basil, chopped
- 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the bruschetta mixture
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors come together. - Spread the Boursin
On a plate or shallow serving dish, spread the Boursin cheese into an even layer. - Add the bruschetta
Spoon the bruschetta mixture over the Boursin. - Top the dip
Add the sliced cherry tomatoes on top, then finish with grated parmesan, fresh basil if using, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. - Serve
Serve right away with Triscuit crackers or your favorite crackers on the side
