These shrimp tacos are fresh, flavorful, and so easy to make. They’re filled with seasoned shrimp, crunchy toppings, creamy sriracha lime sauce, and all the best taco fixings for the perfect quick meal.

Ingredients
Serves 4For the Shrimp
- 1 Pound Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Squeeze of lime
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin
Toppings
- Coleslaw
- Red onion
- Jalapeños
- Guacamole
- Lime
- Small tortillas
Sriracha Lime Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayo or sour cream
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Squeeze of lime
Instructions
- Season the shrimp
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with a little olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, cumin, and garlic until evenly coated. - Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix together equal parts mayo or sour cream with sriracha, garlic powder, and a squeeze of lime until smooth and creamy. - Cook the shrimp
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the shrimp until pink, cooked through, and lightly golden. - Warm the tortillas
Warm the small tortillas in a dry pan or however you like. - Assemble the tacos
Fill each tortilla with shrimp, then top with coleslaw, red onion, canned jalapeños, guacamole, and the sriracha lime sauce. - Serve
Finish with lime on the side and enjoy right away.
